Caller ID: callers pop up on the till

All the steps

1. 1Make a codeClick Settings, then Caller ID. Install the Gofood Caller ID app on the restaurant's Android phone (the shop mobile, or a phone your landline forwards to), then click Make a code.
2. 2Link the phoneOpen the app on the phone, type the 6-digit code and tap Link this phone. The code works for 10 minutes.
3. 3Allow and testTap Allow for phone access and for running in the background, so no call is missed. Then tap Send a test call.
4. 4The caller pops upWhen the phone rings, the caller pops up on the tills with their name, address and orders. Tap Collection or Delivery and their details are filled in. A new number opens the new-customer form.
5. 5Submit and choose how they payAdd the dishes and tap Submit. Read the order back, then tap how they pay: Pay now or Pay on collection, or for a delivery Pay by link or Cash on delivery.
6. 6Choose which tillsThe pop-up is on for the Server and Tills. To stop it on one device, tap Settings, then switch off Show caller pop-up (a manager's PIN is needed).
7. 7See calls and phonesOn Caller ID you see the linked phones (unlink a lost phone here) and every call from the last 90 days, which till took it and the order it became.
