Offline mode: keep taking orders without internet

All the steps

1. 1Make the Windows PC the ServerOn the Windows till, tap Settings, then Devices, and set this PC as the Server. Keep it switched on during service: it keeps a copy of your menu, tables, staff and today's orders, and refreshes it every 2 minutes.
2. 2When the internet dropsIf the internet goes down, the Server's till carries on by itself. A banner says you are offline, and new orders are numbered L-001, L-002… They print, and cash and card-machine payments are recorded as usual.
3. 3What needs the internetCard payment links, coupons and online orders need the internet. Take cash or use your card machine until it's back. New delivery addresses can't be checked offline, so the main delivery zone's fee is used: change it if needed.
4. 4When the internet is backThe Server sends the offline orders to Gofood.uk by itself. They get a normal order number and keep their L-number, and they don't print again. If something needs a look, such as a table opened both online and offline, the dashboard shows an alert: open it, check, then click Mark as sorted.
