1. 1Why online ordering is offGofood.uk switches this on for shops that run with no internet. Your shop Server keeps all orders in the shop, so online orders and pay links are switched off, and the dashboard shows this notice. Contact Gofood.uk to change it.
2. 2Customers call to orderYour website and Order Online button still show your menu, prices, allergens, photos and hours. Every order button becomes Call to order with your phone number, which rings your shop on a phone.
3. 3Keep your menu up to date hereEdit dishes and prices in the dashboard as usual. Changes show on your website straight away and reach your shop Server next time it has internet. Dishes switched off on the till don't reach the website, so it tells customers to ask about availability.
