Take an order on the till

All the steps

1. 1Sign in on the tillThe till shows your restaurant's logo (from Website, Branding on the dashboard). Tap your name and type your PIN.
2. 2Choose the order typeTap Till, then choose Eat in, Collection, Delivery or Walk-in.
3. 3Back, without losing it by mistakeWhile you take an order, the order types are hidden so a stray tap can't lose it. Tap Back (top left) to leave: it asks first if the order has dishes or a customer.
4. 4Find the customerFor phone orders, type the number. Regulars come up with their address and recent orders.
5. 5Tap the dishesTap a category, then the dishes. The basket keeps the total: it's on the right, or on the left if the till is set to left-handed.
6. 6Something not on the menuTap the orange Custom item button next to Find a dish. Type a name and a price, then tap Add. It goes on this ticket only, not on the menu.
7. 7Send to the kitchenTap Send. The ticket prints and the order appears with the online ones.
